Purpose of the SMS Program If you voluntarily opt in to SMS communication when submitting a job application, CNC-Experts GmbH will send you one automated informational SMS confirming that your application has been received. This SMS program is used only to confirm receipt of your job application. Under this program, we will not send: - Advertising or promotional messages; - Job advertisements or newsletters; - Interview reminders; - Application-status updates; - Requests for additional information; or - Recurring marketing or informational messages. Other communication concerning your application may be sent separately by email or telephone using the contact information provided in your application. 3. Consent Participation in this SMS program is voluntary. By selecting the separate SMS consent option and submitting your mobile telephone number, you agree that CNC-Experts GmbH may send one automated SMS to that number confirming receipt of your job application. Consent to receive the SMS is not required to: - Submit a job application; - Be considered for employment; or - Participate in the recruitment process. Refusing or withdrawing SMS consent will not negatively affect your application. If you submit a separate job application at a later date and opt in again, you may receive one confirmation SMS for that new application. 4. Message Frequency You will normally receive one SMS for each job application for which you have provided SMS consent. No recurring messages will be sent under this SMS program. 5. Message and Data Charges Your mobile network provider's standard message and data rates may apply. CNC-Experts GmbH does not charge you separately for receiving the SMS. Your mobile network provider is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by network availability, telephone settings, an incorrect or inactive telephone number, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of CNC-Experts GmbH. 6. Unsubscribing and Withdrawal of Consent Messages sent using the branded sender ID "CNCExperts" do not support incoming replies. Please do not reply STOP or HELP to the message. You can withdraw your SMS consent by: - Using the unsubscribe link included in the SMS message; or - Emailing application@cnc-experts.eu. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Because this program sends only one application-receipt confirmation, withdrawing consent will prevent future messages under this program but will not recall a message that has already been sent. 7. Privacy and Personal Data For this SMS program, CNC-Experts GmbH may process: - Your mobile telephone number; - Your SMS consent status; - The date, time and source of your consent; - Information identifying the relevant job application; - The date and time the SMS was sent; - SMS delivery-status information; and - Your unsubscribe status. This information is processed for the purpose of sending and documenting the application-receipt confirmation, managing consent and opt-out requests, preventing messages from being sent to unsubscribed numbers, and demonstrating compliance with applicable requirements. CNC-Experts GmbH uses service providers, including Intuit Mailchimp, to administer and deliver the SMS. Changes to These Terms CNC-Experts GmbH may update these SMS Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. We will not expand this program to include recurring, promotional or unrelated messages based on the consent described in these terms. The current version of these terms will be made available through the SMS registration process or on our website. 10. Termination of the SMS Program CNC-Experts GmbH may suspend or terminate this SMS confirmation program at any time.
